Wash ‘n Clean Sense, 2015
Washed charcoal and oil on cotton, curtain rail, dimension 404 x 230 cm
As I read the book and its history of a banned book “The 120 Days of Sodom” by Marquis De Sade, it inspired me to create this work.
I copied some part of text from the book by hand writing with a piece of charcoal and oil on cotton and washed it.
This work made for an exhibition “Steal This Book“.
