10 Places in Tokyo [RGB] is a revision of the original version in 2016. It features pieces of video footages of the ten locations in Tokyo that reportedly use the most electricity in the entire city in 2010. Despite the Fukushima disaster in 2011, the city remains reliant on nuclear power. In the polychromatic color videos, Sutthirat incorporates the effects of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima in 1945, which appeared an enormous flash white light in sky. In this version the bright light maintains to spread out the spectrum gradient and visualizing the way in which nuclear explosions burn up dark-toned matters faster than light-toned ones. The space is also suffused with an eerie red glow, as if making visible the hidden radioactivity from Fukushima. By combining two historical events that were triggered by nuclear technology, the work raises concerns over issues related to local and global energy demand and consumption.
10 Places in Tokyo [RGB] เป็นผลงานทบทวนจากต้นฉบับที่ได้สร้างขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2559 มันนำเสนอภาพวิดีโอของสถานที่ 10 แห่งในโตเกียวที่มีรายงานว่าใช้ไฟฟ้ามากที่สุดในเมืองในปี พ.ศ. 2553 แม้จะเกิดภัยพิบัติที่ฟุกุชิมะในปี พ.ศ. 2554 แต่โตเกียวก็ยังคงพึ่งพาพลังงานนิวเคลียร์ ในงานวิดีโอหลากสีสุทธิรัตน์ได้รวมเอาผลกระทบของระเบิดปรมาณูที่เมืองฮิโรชิมา เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2488 ซึ่งแสดงแสงสีขาววาบขนาดใหญ่บนท้องฟ้า ในผลงานเวอร์ชั่นนี้แสงวาบนั้นได้แผ่รังสีของแสงที่เป็นส่วนประกอบออกมา และแสดงให้เห็นถึงวิธีที่การระเบิดของนิวเคลียร์เผาไหม้สสารสีเข้มได้เร็วกว่าสสารสีอ่อน ในพื้นที่จัดแสดงยังมีแสงสีแดงที่น่าประหลาดแผ่กระจายอยู่ราวกับว่ามองเห็นกัมมันตภาพรังสีที่ซ่อนอยู่จากฟุกุชิมะ ด้วยการผสานเหตุการณ์ในประวัติศาสตร์สองเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นโดยเทคโนโลยีนิวเคลียร์ ผลงานชิ้นนี้ทำให้เกิดความกังวลในประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความต้องการและการบริโภคพลังงานในท้องถิ่นและทั่วโลก
